Or right clicking and select Properties.) If you look in whatever folders hold this v.4 updated version, can you identify any files to be from a v.4 update? (such as hovering your pointer over an. If it isn't in the S1 VST list you can not assign it to a MIDI track, so if it is not there why say you don't trust it?ġ. I dont trust it to keep in a project as an active instrument Or maybe S1 has a 'predetermined' list of accepted VST(i) and no other 3rd party VST will work? But when you look at the S1 (Studio One) VST list it does not show up. So I understand you are saying.when you start Studio One artist it scans your VST folder as to refresh it VST data. So, I will use Analog Lab just to sample some sounds, I dont trust it to keep in a project as an active instrument

Some people ask this on Presonus boards, but just vague answers were given.

That update are many $$$$$$$ in my local money.
#ARTURIA ANALOG LAB LITE PRESONUS PRO#
Im suspecting Presonus did that in order to force users to update to Pro Version So Arturia keeps updating Analog Lab, but Presonus didnt manage this update to keep working into Studio One Studio One didnt read this new version, this means Studio One didnt "see" this vst, exactly as its does with all vst not included in the list of working in Studio One Artist version.Īlso, I cant backward to Analog Lab 3, cause as I said its was deleted by te update. Arturia updates Analog Lab to version 4 Everything working fine between Studio One and Analog Lab 3, with the occasional Analog Lab's bugs. Thats means, Analog Lab Lite files doesnt exist anymore in my PC. As with alll Arturia's updates, previous versions are deleted and new version tooks its place. After a while Arturia updates Analog Lab Lite by forcing all users to change to Analog Lab 3 (was a nice move by Arturia, pretty decent change, without asking for money, still working on Studio One) The included Analog Lab was Analog Lab Lite (works perfect with Studio One artist)

Studio One Artist version support some specific VST provided by Presonus partners (you need to update to Pro version to full vst support among others things) Its far from being a reliable machine.Ībout the Studio One thing, last night I was tracing some facts: The VST and standalone works, but pretty unstable, sounds than suddenly cut, presets not being recorded into the vst and or DAW. Maybe I will use Analog Lab by sampling it. I look up on Arturia's and Presonus help board, many members with the same problem, but no one can say a single sh.t serious answer about that issue.

Studio One didnt recognize it as a valid plug in anymore. Starting to learn Studio One.Īnd then Arturia updates to Analog Lab 3. I was very happy: Studio One and its native plug ins in one hand, and Analog Lab on the other hand : I was in heaven. That Studio One version doesnt accept 3rd party VST, the only vst that officially work was Analog Lab, due to a license thing between Presonus and Arturia. Troubles started after updated to Version 3, now I have the Analog Lab 4 and its worst.įunny thing : I have Studio One artist, ( its was included with my Presonus monitors or my soundcard, I cant remember. I have win 8.1 and everything updated, its the only soft that causes problem, as I said even in FL Studio works very unstable.
